StudentPhotos.com provides a platform for viewing, purchasing, and downloading student photographs and videos.

• Access to watermarked preview galleries using student IDs
• Digital purchase and download of high-resolution content
• Print ordering service with home delivery
• Temporary access tokens for photo viewing
• Data deletion services upon request

Service availability is subject to maintenance, updates, and technical requirements.

All transactions are processed securely through BENEFIT Payment Gateway (Bahrain).

• Digital Downloads: 25.000 BHD per student photo set
• Print Orders: Variable pricing based on size and quantity
• Payment Methods: All major credit and debit cards accepted
• Currency: All prices displayed in Bahraini Dinars (BHD)
• Processing: Immediate processing upon successful payment

We do not store your payment information. All financial data is handled securely by our payment processor.

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• Technical Issues: If you cannot access purchased content due to technical problems on our end
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same content multiple times
• Quality Issues: If the delivered content does not meet reasonable quality standards - Blurry Images

As a user of our service, you agree to:

All photos and videos remain the intellectual property of Student Photos by Bahrain Nights until purchased. Upon purchase, you receive a limited license for personal use.

We provide comprehensive data deletion services:

Once the recovery period expires, deleted data cannot be restored.

Upon successful purchase, you receive:

• Immediate unlock of gallery watermarks
• High-resolution download links
• Unlimited re-downloads for 30 days
• Email confirmations with download instructions

Download links expire after 30 days for security purposes. Contact support for re-activation if needed.

Your privacy and security are our top priorities:

• End-to-end encryption for all data transmission
• Secure AWS cloud storage infrastructure
• Regular security audits and updates
• Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and Bahrain PDPL
• Limited access controls for staff

We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
